Frequently Asked Questions

When can I expect my order? 

We request you kindly allow 7-14 days for custom orders to be processed, made, and shipped out. For items that are ready to ship (RTS), it will be sooner. Custom pieces may take closer to the 14 days. Once your order is placed you should receive a confirmation email or text. When your order is shipped you will receive a second email or text including the tracking information for your package. 


Something is wrong with my order, what should I do? 

Please reach out to us immediately via the contact form so that we can work to resolve any concerns.  


I changed my mind; can I cancel and refund my order? 

Unfortunately, once an order is placed it cannot be canceled as production has already begun. If you need to change something about your order, please contact us immediately.

NOTE: We are not responsible for packages lost by the mail service. If any package shows delivered but you do not see it, please check with neighbors and then contact the mail service.

Returns: We currently do not accept returns as each product is made to order. If there is a mistake on our part, we will work to make it right. For any questions or concerns, please reach out via the contact form. We will get back to you within 3 business days.
